1️⃣ Booking & Payment
- ₹15,000 + GST per person.
- 100% advance payment required to confirm seat.
- Seats limited to 16 participants only (first come, first served).
2️⃣ Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Within 7 days: No refund
- Any refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
3️⃣ Health & Fitness
- This group trip is designed for elderly/retired participants in stable health.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Organizers are not responsible for medical emergencies arising due to undisclosed conditions.
4️⃣ Travel Insurance
- Basic travel insurance is included.
- Coverage is subject to the insurance provider’s policy terms.
5️⃣ Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Jungle Safari is subject to forest department permissions and availability.
6️⃣ Accommodation
- Rooms will be provided on twin-sharing basis unless otherwise requested (extra charges may apply).
7️⃣ Safari & Activities
- Safari timing and zone allocation are controlled by the forest department.
- Sightings of wildlife are subject to natural conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
8️⃣ Liability
- My Trip Advisor acts as a facilitator and shall not be liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, or third-party service disruptions beyond its control.
9️⃣ Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behaviour within the group and during visits to religious and wildlife areas.
