Refunds and cancellations are controlled by the service provider’s rules, not solely by us. Different bookings have different refund terms.
Cancellation Requests
To cancel a booking:
- You must submit a cancellation request through our platform or support channel.
- Cancellation will be processed only after confirmation from the service provider.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds depend on:
- Provider policies
- Time of cancellation
- Fare/plan type
- Promotional booking restrictions
Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may range from 7–21 working days depending on banks/payment gateways
We are not responsible for bank delays.
Cancellation Fees
Applicable charges may include:
- Provider cancellation fee
- My Trip Advisor service fee
- Payment gateway charges
These will be deducted before refund.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for the booking:
- No refund may apply
- Provider rules will prevail
Modifications & Rescheduling
Changes are subject to:
- Availability
- Fare difference
- Provider change fees
- My Trip Advisor service charges
Force Majeure
Refund decisions in cases like natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions depend entirely on provider policies.
