General Policy

Refunds and cancellations are controlled by the service provider’s rules, not solely by us. Different bookings have different refund terms.

Cancellation Requests

To cancel a booking:

  • You must submit a cancellation request through our platform or support channel.
  • Cancellation will be processed only after confirmation from the service provider.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds depend on:

  • Provider policies
  • Time of cancellation
  • Fare/plan type
  • Promotional booking restrictions

Some bookings may be non-refundable.

Refund Timeline

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may range from 7–21 working days depending on banks/payment gateways

We are not responsible for bank delays.

Cancellation Fees

Applicable charges may include:

  • Provider cancellation fee
  • My Trip Advisor service fee
  • Payment gateway charges

These will be deducted before refund.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for the booking:

  • No refund may apply
  • Provider rules will prevail

Modifications & Rescheduling

Changes are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Fare difference
  • Provider change fees
  • My Trip Advisor service charges

Force Majeure

Refund decisions in cases like natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions depend entirely on provider policies.
