Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation.

Prices & Payments

• Prices shown are subject to availability & change.
• Taxes, fees & surcharges may apply.
• Payment must be made before booking confirmation.
• Your booking is confirmed only after payment success & confirmation receipt.

Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed:

• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
• You must verify all details immediately.
• Any discrepancy must be reported promptly.

Changes & Cancellations

All changes/cancellations are subject to:

• Provider policies
• Fare rules
• Fees & penalties

Travel Documents & Compliance

You are responsible for:

• Valid ID proof
• Passport & visa (if applicable)
• Health & travel insurance
• Compliance with travel rules

We are not responsible for denied boarding/entry due to missing documents.

Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions
• Provider errors or service quality
• Delays, losses, accidents, or damages
• Force majeure events (weather, political unrest, etc.)

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to us.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Copy or resell system content

Intellectual Property
